Diagnosis before prescription
Most performance problems are treated at the surface: another training course, another target. Our assessments start with a diagnosis instead. They look at every gap through two lenses, so the advice fits the real cause.
The systemic lens
What the organisation provides: clear expectations, useful feedback, the right tools and processes, and recognition that rewards the right things.
The behavioural lens
What the individual brings: knowledge and skills, capacity and wellbeing, and the motivation and mindset that drive everyday behaviour.

Your answers and reports are tied to your account and visible only to you. We collect only what your reports need, and you can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
Questions
How long does an assessment take?
Most take between four and ten minutes. You can see the length before you start.
Who sees my results?
Only you. Our team sees anonymised totals to improve the assessments, never your name next to your answers.
Can I retake an assessment?
Yes, after a short waiting period. Premium members see a chart of their progress across attempts.
Is this a psychometric test?
No. It is a structured self-assessment that helps you reflect and decide where to act. It is not a clinical or selection tool.
